Classic Full Set

Classic eyelash extensions is the application of one faux mink lash being applied to one real lash with medical grade adhesive and never touches the skin.
Classic Fill
1 – 1½ hours
Eyelash extensions are recommended for a refill every 2½ – 3 weeks to replace any lashes that have naturally fallen out in their growth and shed cycle.
Any set of lashes that are 4 weeks and beyond; and/or have less than 50% of the extensions remaining will be charged for a FULL SET.
Hybrid Full Set
2½ – 3 hours
Hybrid lash extensions is the application of a mix of 3D faux mink lash clusters and single lash extensions being applied to one real lash with medical grade adhesive and never touches the skin.
Hybrid Fill
1½ – 2 hours

Removal
20 minutes
Eyelash extension removal is a quick procedure using a medical grade solution to safely break down the glue and remove your extensions without damaging your natural lash. Never attempt to remove your lash extensions yourself!
Lash Lift
30 minutes
Lash Lifts are a low maintenance eyelash lash solution for clients that are on the go and enjoy the option of wearing mascara. This treatment is best suited for those who have long, straight and/or downward facing natural lashes which gives your eyes an instant lift and curl. Lash lifts enhance the appearance to your natural lashes with results lasting up to 6 – 8 weeks.
Lash Tint
20 minutes
Lash tint adds depth and a dark colour to your lashes. It will look like you are wearing mascara without the hassle.
Lash Lift & Tint
1 hour
Add tint to your lash lift service to make your eyes really pop! You can expect results to last 6 – 8 weeks.

Aftercare
- Clean your extensions daily with non-oily makeup removers or cleansers designed for eyelash extensions.
- Be careful to avoid pulling extensions or rubbing eyes.
- NO MASCARA. Use oil-free products. Only pencil or powder eyeliner.
- Sleep on your back or side to avoid crushing the lashes.
- Please see a lash technician to have your lashes removed.
- To extend the life of your lashes, refills are recommended within 2 – 3 weeks to maintain a fuller look.
The initial 24 hours after your lash application is the most important part of your aftercare. During this time, the adhesive is still going through its curing process. Keep in mind that after this time, you must ensure that you treat your extensions with great care by following the instructions.
Continued exposure to hot or humid environments will affect the retention of your eyelash extensions. Those who are naturally oily, taking medication or have rapid lash growth cycles may also notice that their lash extensions do not last as long.
Normally, we lose between 2 – 5 eyelashes per eye every day. Therefore, your extensions will shed with your natural lashes meaning your natural lashes will remain undamaged.
- Avoid washing and applying mascara on eyelashes for 24 hours.
- Avoid aggressively rubbing your eyes.
- Avoid waterproof mascara.
- Gently remove mascara and eye makeup.
- Brush eyelashes daily when damp to detangle.
- Use an oil (coconut or castor) or EyEnvy (lash growth serum) on the lashes to ensure they remain healthy and hydrated.
Policies
DEPOSIT: New clients are required to pay a one-time deposit of 50% of the lash service. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be deducted from your final total after the lash service. Your appointment is only confirmed after we receive full payment of the deposit.
CANCELLATION: For new clients, if you cancel 24 hours before your appointment, we can reschedule but you will lose your deposit. For existing clients, if you cancel 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged for half of the lash service. If you NO SHOW, then you will be charged for 100% of the lash service. We charge for last minute cancellations because we cannot fill that appointment at such short notice.
LATE: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Any time that is lost from you being late will not be made up. We cannot run your appointment into the next client's booking.
PAYMENT METHOD: Cash, Debit, or Credit Card.
REFUND: All lash services are a final sale and NON-REFUNDABLE. However, we do value your business. Please contact us immediately if you are unsatisfied and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.
TRAVEL: Any parking fees that Chloe Kat Lash will incur for the duration of the appointment will be paid for by the client.
Health & Safety
- Masks must be worn by the client and technician for the duration of the appointment. Disposable masks are available for purchase from Choe Kat Lash.
- Continuation of hand sanitization or washing before every procedure.
- Continuation of sanitizing tools and supplies before and after each client using a virucidal solution.
- Appointments will not be scheduled with Chloe Kat Lash if the client is experiencing any symptoms of fever, dry cough, or difficulty breathing.
- Appointments will not be scheduled with Chloe Kat Lash if the client has travelled outside of the country in the last 14 days.
- Cancellation fees will be waived if due to COVID-19 symptoms.
- Waiver to be signed by the client and technician prior to procedure.

We highly recommend that you book your next refill appointment at the end of your lash appointment to ensure you secure your preferred date and time slot. It is best to pre-book your appointments as all bookings are first-come-first-serve (especially around the holidays, wedding, and prom season).
